A section of Green Lane on the border of Small Heath and Bordesley Green has been cordoned off by West Midlands Police this evening. The section of the street between Third Avenue and Imperial Road, near Marlborough Junior School, was completely sealed off to traffic as police launched an investigation.
A residential gin distillery in Selly Oak has been given the go-ahead to open for business. The decision was made earlier this week (Monday 21st January) by the Licensing Subcommittee for Birmingham City Council.
