Perry Barr’s upgraded recycling centre has reopened to residents, Birmingham City Council has announced. The Household Recycling Centre (HRC), which is operated by Veolia, closed in August 2021. A man who murdered a woman in her Dudley home while carrying out building work has been jailed for life.
