You might have noticed an eerie-looking tent pop up in Birmingham city centre this weekend with queues of people ‘just dying’ to get in. But what is it and why the fuss? Well, it’s Fanta’s Twisted Carnival and it’s in the city right up until and including Halloween day itself!
