Third man charged with the murder of Rowley Regis dad Carl Woodall
West Midlands Police have charged a third man with the murder of Carl Woodall after he was found dead in a unit on an industrial estate in Rowley Regis last month. The 44-year-old father-of-five died from multiple injuries in Doulton Road on 28 June.
