Man charged with murder after stabbing his brother to death
Police have charged a man with the murder of his own brother who was fatally stabbed at a residence in Birmingham. Joseph Garmson was found seriously injured at a property in Lutley Grove, Bartley Green, on Monday evening around 8:30pm.
