Perry Barr’s upgraded recycling centre has reopened to residents, Birmingham City Council has announced. The Household Recycling Centre (HRC), which is operated by Veolia, closed in August 2021. Subsequently, a raft of redevelopment work and upgrades have been carried out to update the site which is one of five across the city.
